We Kill Bedbugs Ltd. warranties the DIY safeheat kit for 365 day. It applies to the same address and suite/area of infestation. New infestations do not apply to the warranty coverage, and a new order will need to be completed.
1: If the infestation was not destroyed by the initial treatment during the warranty period of 365 Days, the same equipment will be sent back to the same address for 7 days for the price of the S&H fee of $349. You will be required to place an order, same as the original order(cost of equipment + security deposit + tax + extra shipping). Once the equipment is returned all the charges will be refunded, minus the S&H, extra equipment, and shipping overages).
2: If there was any initial extra shipping charges they will also be applied.
3: This is limited to 1 free re treatment.
4: If a 3rd treatment is requested you will start over with a new full price order and new 365 day warranty.
5: If more equipment is required or requested the listed charges on the website will be charged.

EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF USE, PROPERTY OR PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF WHATEVER KIND OR HOWEVER ARISING THAT ARE NOT SPECIFICALLY AND EXPLICITLY SET FORTH HEREIN. WE KILL BEDBUGS LTD. MAKES NO OTHER GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, SUCH AS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED.
